CWPD partnership with BSR is implementing Transform Financial Health (TFH) project funded from Mastercard and brand to Building To support workplaces to transition from cash-based payroll to digital wage building financial capacity on 06 main topics are Intro to Digital Financial Services, Using Financial Products & Services, budgeting, financial planning, Saving and talking about finance with family. 

Since 2021 to present, CWPD is implementing in 18 factories based on Phnom Pehn, Kandal, Kampong Speu and Kampong Cham province with 966 peer educators and cover over 22,000 workers.
